questions How do I care for my Bumblefly products? TOP
BumbleBibs and BumbleBurps are made using top quality 100% cotton fabrics and should be washed gentle cycle or hand washed with like colors. Wash in cold water for dark fabrics and red chenille. Use color safe bleach when needed. Tumble dry low heat. If there is velcro on your product, ensure that it is latched before washing. A warm iron can be applied but not necessary. Please note that all BumbleBib and BumbleBurp fabrics used have been prewashed to allow for shrinkage prior to the construction process. Ribbonfly Burp Cloths can be washed and dried in the washer. These Burp Cloths will quilt up for maximum absorbancy after several washes. The SnackPack Toddler bib is wipeable, rinsable and washable. For tough stains like spaghetti, wash on gentle cycle in cold water and LINE DRY. Be sure to latch velcro before washing. The Bumbleflybaby Diaper Bag has been scotchguarded to help fight against stains. Should you need to clean it, use a very small amount of upholstery cleaner and rub gently. Spot clean only. The interior can be easily wiped clean! What are my payment options? TOP

7.75% sales tax will be applied to orders of residents purchasing in the state of North Carolina. What is your shipping policy? TOP
Our standard shipping is via USPS Mail. Please remember that most of our items are made to order. Non-personalized orders usually ship within 7 business days once your order has been processed. Please allow 10-14 business days for personalized items to be shipped, as they are embroidered before they are constructed. If your order contains both personalized and non personalized items, your order will not ship until all items are available. For holiday delivery, all orders must be placed by 5pm EST on December the 11th. All orders placed by that deadline will ship on or before December 18th, 2009. We will then close down our production offices December 18th, 2009 through January 4th, 2010 so that we may enjoy time with family and friends this holiday season. Orders placed during this time will not go into production until January 4th and regular lead times will apply from that point. Do you offer gift wrapping? TOP
Not at this time, but we do hope to offer gift wrapping in the near future. In the meantime, all bib/burp/towel orders will be neatly packaged in celophane gift bags sealed with a BumbleflyBaby sticker. If you are having BumbleflyBaby ship your gift directly to the recipient, please add a comment in your shopping cart to include a GIFT RECEIPT, which will NOT include prices. We will also include a BUMBLEFLYBABY GIFT CARD with a personal message from you. Simply type your message in the message box during checkout and we'll take care of it! What is your return/exchange policy? TOP
We hope that you will be very happy with your BumbleflyBaby products and that you never feel the need to return or exchange an item. However, should there be a problem, we will accept returns if you contact us within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Any non-personalized item(s) may be returned for a full refund or merchandise credit as long as the item is in its original condition and has not been used. Once we have contacted you regarding your return request, you will have 10 days to return the merchandise to us for your return to be valid. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. BumbleflyBaby reserves the right to return to the customer any merchandise with visible usage.
Unfortunately, we are not able to issue a refund for personalized items.
We will notify you via e-mail of your credit once received and processed the returned item. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an order that was placed using a coupon/voucher, you will not be refunded for the amount of the coupon, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
